How are tutoring sessions scheduled?

Our English classes are scheduled based on coordinated student's and teacher's available times.


How does online English tutoring work?

Our teachers talk to you via Skype or phone. Skype provides high quality voice communication as well as live chat. It also provides a live video feature that allows you to see your teacher during the tutoring session. After each session you can log in to your account, using your username and password, to listen to your recorded sessions and read your teacher’s detailed message that includes a summary of the class with suggestions for improvement.


How much does each session cost?

I missed my phone call with my tutor, will I still get charged or will the lesson be changed to a different date?

If for any reason you want to cancel your class, you must do so 48 hours in advance by sending an email to your tutor or EnTutor. Otherwise you will be charged for the missed session.

How long is each session?

Each session is scheduled for one hour.


Are there any system requirements to use EnTutor.com?

The only software that you need is skype, which can be downloaded for free at Skype. You can also use your phone.
